  4. Photos or video, when relevant.

Safety comes first

If you notice a gas smell, water leakage, overheating, unusual noise or repeated shutdowns, stop using the appliance, isolate the relevant supply when it is safe to do so and contact a qualified technician. Do not dismantle or repair gas and electrical equipment yourself.
