Reinforced polypropylene pipe for heating systems.

STABI PP-SDR 7,4 (S 3,2) is an aluminium-reinforced polypropylene pipe for heating systems.

The aluminium layer increases pipe rigidity and reduces linear expansion. Before welding, the outer layer and foil must be stripped to the socket depth.

  • for heating systems up to 80 °C
  • aluminium reinforcement for higher rigidity
  • outer polypropylene layer protects the foil
  • welding is performed after stripping the reinforced layer
Application

STABI pipe is used where higher dimensional stability and lower thermal expansion are required compared with standard polypropylene pipe. Installation is performed with standard PP-R tools after preparing the reinforced layer.
